I am an ancient Waldorf alumnus. My two children attended Toronto Waldorf School.
I taught Foundation Studies, History of Modern Art, Photography and Graphic Design at Georgian College in Barrie for 20 years. I have given workshops on Goethe’s Colour Research twice at York University and gave presentations and workshops in Toronto, Barrie, Minneapolis, Hong Kong. I recently returned from a workshop tour through mainland China having given workshops in Shenzhen, Zhouhai, Chengdu, Shanghai and again, after four years in Hong Kong to the University of Hong Kong Graduates Association..

I feel that there is an intimate connection between our personal life of soul and the soul of nature. Environmental concerns are given a far greater contextual reality when the Spirit in Nature is perceived through Her physiognomy and gesture. The Rituals of daily life can bring a sensitivity into our and, even more importantly, into our children’s daily lives. It is through Waldorf Education that the creativity of our children is lovingly recognised and supported. The sensitivities gathered through the study of Dr. Rudolf Steiner’s fascinating work are essential tools for an understanding of our children’s mission on Earth in their present incarnation.

For many years I felt a deep connection to Nature and all Her Beings. I attempt to share this connection through mirrored images which I create through the modern medium of photography.

I authored a study entitled: “The Sacred Geometry of the Second Goetheanum” and designed a large collection of Waldorf related and Art Nouveau fonts.
